Q1: How long can the watch’s battery last? What is the battery model
A1: Normal a new battery can use about 8-10 months, battery model is CR2032
Q2: Why the temperature is incorrect?
when the watch worn on the arm, affecting by the human body the temperature value
display on the screen will be higher than room temperature. So if you want to get the room temperature, please put the watch on a table, and avoid direct sunlight on it, the actual room temperature will show on the watch after 20 minutes.
Q3: Why is there fog inside the watch?
A3: The watch cannot be used in hot baths or hot springs. Hot water will cause slight deformation of the watch and affect the waterproof performance of the watch. If there is water vapor, you need to open the back cover and dry the internal water vapor.
Q4: Why the compass is not accurate
A4: Before using the watch, you need to calibrate the compass. Please refer to point 11 of the manual or contact us, we have a calibration video
Q5: Waterproof? Can I wear a watch to take a shower?

Q6: Why is the altimeter and barometer data displayed inaccurately？
A6: Before using the watch, you need to calibrate the air pressure and altitude. The sensor collects changes in temperature, pressure and altitude at all times.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

The clock looks very sound, but expected that they are smaller. Everything works well. Did not like the strap, deshman specific, very thin for such massive watches, the watch constantly shift on the hand, I will look for another strap.

The watch looks very powerful. Look beautiful, the strap is green, as in the photo, bright. The standard strap is very hilly in feel, but holds. Strange thing: every three days all settings are dropped, even if the watch does not touch at all. Time is down, alarm clocks. The pedometer strongly does not want to consider steps, as do not ask. The instruction was fully observed. The thermometer is surprisingly accurate.

i absolutly love this watch .everythings works and is just as descripted. exactly what i was hoping for. easy to set up and calibrate every ´´option´´ . the watch itself is from good quality, has a nice weight to it and feels robust .the strap is actually better then expected and is from good quality nylon,and the stitching is clean and strong . i bought this for daily use but especially for on my hiking/camping outdoor trips ,thats where the compass comes in handy, wich works really wel (it is quit sensitive ;)) all together it´s well worth it !!

Sending was done lightning-after a few hours about the purchase. Reached 3 days from the date of payment. A neat watch box, inside the watch in Factory Films on both sides and instructions in Chinese and English with pictures (understandable even without knowledge of the language). The clock itself exceeded expectations!
