Our commitment to a flexible return policy is designed to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.
Order Cancellation: Customers have the freedom to cancel their orders at any time before receiving the delivery.
Product Issues: In the event of ordering online, if any manufacturing defects or problems are identified after receiving the product, customers are required to notify us within 24 hours through our hotline service.
Defective Product Return: If a customer receives a product with manufacturing defects, they should visit one of our physical stores. Our specialists will assess the product and take the necessary steps for replacement if needed.
Delivery Service Replacement: If a customer prefers to replace a defective product via our delivery service, a fee of TK. 200/- is applicable for replacements within Dhaka. For deliveries outside Dhaka, only the courier charge applies.
Compatibility: Products purchased from our website, following a thorough review of the description and provided information, cannot be returned or changed if they are received without any faults and are incompatible with the customer's setup, or if the customer no longer desires them.
Software/Software License: After the purchase of software or software licenses, returns or refunds are not permitted.
Exceptional Cases: With valid reasons, certain products may be eligible for return and refund within 3 to 10 working days. For online purchases, the process may take longer to complete.
Refund Charges: To process a refund, a charge of TK. 200/- is required for refunds within Dhaka. For refunds outside Dhaka, only the courier charge is applicable. Refund charges are applicable to all forms of Mobile Financial Services, Online Gateway, and POS payment refunds.
Damaged Products: If customers receive broken or packet-damaged products, we kindly request that they refrain from accepting the product from the courier service. In cases of receiving courier-damaged products, the customer assumes full liability, and any complaints in this regard will not be entertained.
Cashback Deduction: If a customer received cashback during the initial payment, the refunded amount will be adjusted to account for the cashback received.
Return and Refund Timeframes: Product returns will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, subject to product stock availability. Refunds will also be completed within 7 to 10 working days and will be processed through the same payment channel used by the customer for the initial purchase.
